File Type Filtering in Advanced Search
Now you can filter search results by file types in Capcade's advanced search, helping you find the files you need more efficiently.
File types supported include Images, Folders, Videos, PDFs, Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations, Audio, and Other formats. This enhancement aims to improve the user experience by providing a more targeted and efficient search experience.

Share Folders with Registered Users
Capcade now allows you to share folders with registered users, enhancing collaboration and access control within your Data Rooms. To share a folder, simply right-click on the folder and select the Share option.

Analytics Tab in Document Viewer
We're excited to introduce the new Analytics tab in the document viewer. This feature provides valuable insights into user engagement and file activity.
The first section displays the three most active users, based on the sum of views, edits, and downloads. You can click on a user to see more details.
The second section contains the file activity log with three filter options, now behaving as checkboxes for easier use. The Analytics tab is always visible and maintains the same permission requirements as the previous activity log.

Tag Filtering in Advanced Search
We're pleased to announce the addition of tag filtering in the advanced search feature. This update allows you to refine your search results by selecting specific organization tags, making it easier to find the information you need. The tag filter behaves the same way as the data room filter and includes all organization tags.

All Actions Available in File Viewer
We've updated the file viewer in Capcade to now include all actions from the right-click menu. No matter if you've opened a file from the activity log, search results, favorites, or data room, you'll have access to all available actions.
If an action cannot be executed due to permission restrictions, it will be shown with a tooltip, just like in the data room.

Videos, Airtable, Matterport and more in Summary Pages
Introducing a new widget type in Capcade for embedding content from various sources such as YouTube, Vimeo, Miro, Matterport, and Airtable.
To use this feature, simply provide the embed code from Vimeo, Airtable etc. and paste inside the embed widget.

Search Only by Title
Capcade now offers a search filter that allows users to search exclusively by the title of the documents. This new feature enables more focused search results by excluding content-based search.

Chat Summary Email
Capcade now sends an email notifying you if you have unread messages in your Capcade chat.

Data Room Gallery Navigation
We've introduced an improved navigation experience for items in the Data Room. You can now easily navigate between files in the Data Room viewer using both keyboard left and right arrow keys, as well as the previous and next buttons.
Please Note that when a video is open, the arrow keys will retain their current behavior for video playback.

OCR
We're excited to announce the availability of the new Optical Character Recognition (OCR) premium feature.
When enabled, OCR will automatically scan newly added JPG/JPEG, PNG, TIF/TIFF files, extracting and storing the data for seamless search availablity.
